This design represents what happens when a band of engineers who ride motorcycles get together for an epic group ride at The Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee and want to commemorate the ride with a mock motorcycle club logo. We took elements of their job and integrated them into the image. The skull wears a hard hat, the wrenches replaced angel wings and we used this Latin saying "Ubi Concordia, Ibi Victoria" which is translated below the skull head.
